Ways to open a support ticket:
Our regular support hours are:
  • Monday – Friday: 8:30AM – 5:30PM EST
  • Saturday – Sunday: Closed
  • Ontario Holildays: Closed

The preferred method for contacting support is to send an email to help@stanleyarmour.com, and if possible from a domain that is connected to your company. This allows the ticket to be opened automatically. All web support and voicemails need to be manually attached to the correct company before they can be actioned on.
